YES, we absolutely can! We offer a wide range of building customization options, From wiring to insulation to paint colors! When you choose a a custom building you get to choose every detail. I want a building, but I don't have enough space for a truck and trailer to fit for delivery of a building, What option do I have?
We can come to you and Build-On-Site. Additional Build On Site Fee of $300 or 20% upcharge on cost of building, whichever is greater, will apply.
Do you offer Rent to Own?
We do offer Rent to Own. So if you are looking for a building, but are unable to purchase in full up front this is a great option for you. No Credit Check required! Rent to Own is provided through a third party company.
What exactly does Free Delivery and Setup include?
Free Delivery within 30 miles. Additional charges apply for deliveries over 30 miles. Weather permitting and location must be accessible by truck and trailer, and no more than three feet out of level. Free Setup includes leveling with customer supplied blocks and driver supplied shims, with the lowest corner at the ground. Additional blocking will incur a separate fee. Delivery drivers can supply concrete blocks for $2.50 each. Anchoring/tie downs are not included in free setup. Anchoring is provided at an additional charge by the delivery company. Please notify the dealer at time of purchase if you'd like anchoring.
