Each building is constructed using top-quality materials, including:

• 5/8" T&G engineered floor, T&G plywood, or treated flooring

• Salt-treated skids and floor joists

• 50-year warranty LP Smart Shield siding, which helps reduce interior heat 

• Tech Shield in roof and Silver Tech on walls comes standard in our buildings.

• Aluminum kick-guard in all doorways

We strive for excellence in craftsmanship:

• Wall studs on painted buildings are 2x4's placed 16" on center. Wall studs on treated buildings are double-studded at joints and placed 24" on center.

• Walls are double top plated for added additional strength

• Basic shed styles: floor joists are 2x4's placed on 16" on center.

• Garages: floor joists are 2x4's placed on 12" on center for added stability.

• All buildings over 8 ft. wide are built on 5 skids for greater base strength.

BUILD-ON-SITE Fee: $300 or 20% upcharge on cost of building, whichever is greater. On site builds are unpainted and electrical options are not available.
